Transwestern established a South Florida operation in 2004, and over the past five years has grown to become a leader in the South Florida marketplace.  Overseeing a property portfolio totaling in excess of 7.7 million square feet, Transwestern is one of the largest property managers and leasing  firms in  Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, working for owner clients such as Sumitomo, RREEF, PS Business Parks, GenCap Partners, ING Clarion, DCT Industrial, and many others.

Our brokerage professionals have also represented many tenant clients with their real estate needs, including companies such as Exel Logistics, Volvo, Make-A-Wish Foundation,  PriceSmart, Capgemini,  Bank of New York,  Gap,  Wolfberg Alvarez, and Arquitectonica.    From helping companies find and lease office and industrial space to subleasing and other strategies to cut real estate costs, our South Florida real estate consulting services are custom-tailored to each client’s unique requirements.

Thanks to Transwestern’s rapid success in Miami-Dade, in early 2009 the firm opened a full-service Fort Lauderdale office to provide better coverage of Broward County.  Today, Transwestern is home to approximately 35 employees, including 15 licensed real estate brokers, and continues to look for strategic expansion opportunities throughout South Florida.
